We have 2 King-Sized Ensuite Bedrooms, 1 with a Seaview and the other with a Garden View and 1 Double Bedroom with a Seaview and its own Private Bathroom, Dressing Gowns and Slippers are provided for this room.
Our 3 rooms all have one bed and sleep a maximum of 2 people. Heronfield is Adults only and I am sorry but we are unable to accommodate children.
Facilities in all of our rooms include a TV, hairdryer, tea tray with tea, coffee and biscuits and free Wi-Fi.
All of our rooms are located on the second floor of the house and we do not have a lift.
All quoted rates are on a room only basis. We do not serve breakfast at Heronfield however, guests do have access to a fridge and dining room which has plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery.
Room 1
This is a large King Size room at the front of the house with amazing Seaviews and an ensuite bathroom. Room 1 is currently undergoing a refurb and we will have up to date photos available soon.
Room 2
A double bedroom with amazing Seaviews. This room has a private bathroom just across the hall. Dressing Gowns and Slippers are provided.
Room 3
Room 3 is a King Size room with ensuite bathroom that looks to the back of the house with sweeping views up our garden.
Check in is between 4pm – 8pm. Times out with this, by prior arrangement.
Check out is before 10am.
Minimum 2 nights stay. One-night stays may be possible, please email us to see if it is available.
Heronfield is Non-Smoking and that includes the use of Vapes and Electronic Cigarettes.
Heronfield is Pet Free. We do have Lola, our Chief Pest Control Officer. Lola is an outside cat and has no access to the main parts of the house.
Heronfield does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to personal effects, baggage, motor vehicle or any other item brought with the hirer or any member of the hirers party.
Please let us know of any breakages so we can get it sorted out quickly. Any accidental damage or usual wear and tear will not be charged for. We reserve the right to charge for damage that is not considered to result from normal wear and tear.
Heronfield is our home and we ask you to respect our house and other guests. We reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the room if their behaviour is deemed unreasonable or damage is caused to the room or house.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid Credit Card is required to guarantee the booking.
If a booking is cancelled:
Less than 7 days before arrival, a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be charged.
Less than 3 days before arrival, a charge equal to the full booking amount will be charged.
In the event of a no show, or booking reduction (after the arrival date), the full booking amount will be charged.
